I recently ran across this article and wanted to share it with you. There seems to be so much bad in the news that this felt quite refreshing. Bright Vibes shared a story about a school in Baltimore that made a choice to change the way they disciplined students who are acting out.

They're doing it by eliminating detention and helping students to learn a better way to focus their emotions - through mediation and yoga. Could this be a better way to manage anxiety and worries that kids are feeling in school?
