Exploring Meditation

A course which shows you diverse sides to and sorts of meditation.
We will be exploring into Mindfulness, Latifa, and Centering Prayer.
The roots and purpose of the type of meditation will be explained, and there is time to experience meditating yourself to find out what it is like.

Monk for a Weekend (Belgium)
Date: 19/05/2018 - 21/05/2018 Time: All Day Location: Monastere Chevetogne Costs for the weekend: 45 euro. We travel by van and car.
The Pentecost Weekend a group of students will be traveling to Chevetogne in the Belgian Ardennes. We will experience how it is to live the life of a monk.
We join in the rhythm of the daily hours for the monks, eat in silence, while there is time for walking and meditating and talking to one of the monks.
The Monastère de Chevetogne is an international Benedictine cloister, dedicated to the unity of Christendom in East and West.
