'A MOMENT IN TIME'
Also until 7 April
Running concurrently, three local artists, each with their own standout style, set out to capture a special memory or moment in time. Their exhibition ends 7 April, so there are still a few days to see jeweller/coppersmith Sara Piper Heap’s fascinating metalwork, Judith's Harrison's latest portfolio of uplifting mixed-media art, and Maggie Furnamek's beautiful embroidery and delicate monoprints inspired by nature. We are so lucky to have such talent here in Oswestry.

Despite the severe cold snap at the launch of our current exhibition, the Gallery has been well attended over the past month and there have been steady sales with plenty of great choice: high-quality paintings, textiles, jewellery and handmade wooden furniture all finding new homes. This is greatly encouraging, and welcome news for our artists.

GRAHAM MITCHELL: Artist, jewellery-maker & photographer
In the Gallery Shop, discover a range of pendants, earrings and brooches handcrafted by Graham Mitchell using local and exotic woods. Because of the nature of wood, no two pieces will ever be identical and are all natural colours. Working from his studio in Oswestry, former microbiologist Graham combines jewellery-making with photography and relief printmaking.
We also stock Graham's  photographic greetings cards featuring local landscape, flora, fauna and heritage. Also see his pictures on BBC Weather Watchers.
