NEW BEGINNINGS

      Every year when we celebrate the Easter Season we remember Christ's work on the cross, to redeem us from our sins and reconcile us to God. And we celebrate Christ's resurrection, His victory over sin and death, which empowers us to live a new life, and promises the sure hope of resurrection. 
      Easter is a time of remembrance and time of new beginnings. For many, this includes new steps of faith and obedience in following Christ. Two weeks ago a total of thirty-two people from three local churches were baptized at successive services held at the Wroclaw Baptist Church. Pictured above are five members of the International Church of Wroclaw who were baptized.
      The International Church continues to grow, with over 60 going for worship on most Sundays. Daniel is particularly active this year at INCW, attending Bible Studies, helping with setup, and participating every Monday in outreach to homeless people. Erik, Haley and Amelia are more involved at the Baptist Church, Amelia with her youth group and all three helping with the children's outreach ministry on Friday afternoons. 
      We pray your Easter Celebration is full of Christ's peace, and the resurrection joy we all look forward to at Christ's return.
