Signs of spring are all around us on the farm, as our crew starts spending more time with our flower and tomato starts and preparing for the opening of our greenhouses at the end of April. With the farming season already off to a start, we want to remind you about a few upcoming dates.
The 5% discount on our CSA is available through April 30. Our CSA program gives you the flexibility to buy what you want, when you want it from both our Post Mills and Norwich locations. We appreciate your support, as CSA memberships provide us with critical capital at the start of the season.

- We look forward to participating in Vital Communities’ 17th Annual Flavors of the Valley event next Sunday. Join us along with other growers and food producers for this celebration of local foods in our Upper Valley community.
When: April 8, 11am-3pm
Where: Hartford High School, 37 Highland Avenue, Hartford, VT
Tickets: $12 per person, $35 per family, kids 6 and under FREE (cash, check and credit cards accepted)
- Our greenhouses will be opening in Post Mills on the last weekend of April with bedding plants and vegetable starts. Visit us any day after April 28 from 9am-6pm for plants and advice on your home gardening projects!
- Our Norwich farmstand opens May 10 - nearly one month before we opened last year! We’ll be offering bedding plants, vegetable starts, hanging baskets, early season veggies like asparagus and lettuce, and we will have delicious cherry tomatoes from our friends at Killdeer Farm shortly after opening - more on that soon!
