We're still in Ingleside, TX helping folks who were affected by Hurricane Harvey. There's still a lot of work to be done. As with all disasters of this magnitude, it takes years for folks to recover.
We're looking for willing servants, NO SKILLS REQUIRED!! We know that summer vacation time is right around the corner and that you have many options of what to do with your time. Would you prayerfully consider joining us on a short-term mission trip in Texas?
We welcome families, singles, church groups, youth groups, a bunch of friends wanting to help others, etc. We have no age requirements and through the years The LORD has always enabled us to provide something for everyone to do from ages 5-85 and beyond!!
We can also accommodate anyone wishing to serve long-term, including college-age folks looking to get away/gap-year and see what The LORD has to say to you about serving Him in your life's journey! We spend a lot of time in The Bible, discussing how to live our lives all out for Jesus on a daily basis, so anyone wishing to serve The LORD as you're being discipled is more than welcome to join us!
We're set up just like any other mission and have everything you would need to just show up and serve! We have a 30' travel trailer for volunteers and an extra RV spot with full hookups if you'd like to bring your own! We also have a local church that is allowing us to use their facilities as needed. The costs associated are nominal and we never let money get in the way of anyone wishing to serve alongside of us!
So we've got a place for you to sleep, eat, shower, get in The Word daily, homes to work on, tools to work with, on-site supervision, and..................minutes from the beach for a nice place for a day off!! So what are you waiting for?? Contact us ASAP! We have the month of May totally open, half of June, most of July and then we're totally open!
