Hi <<First Name>>!

Our 2018 wines are now bottled and the olives harvested. Surprisingly, given the hot and dry conditions, our Kalamatta (table) olives were larger in size and had a higher production than the olives we use for the production of olive oil. Having said that, the 2018 (French) Picholine Oil is looking really good. It should be released in September.

DELIVERY FEE
Having no delivery fee has been popular; however, many have limited their order to just one bottle - often the postage is greater than the cost of the product. Not good business practice.
From Monday 16 J
uly, we're introducing a $10 fee for any delivery under $50. Orders over $50 will continue to be delivered free anywhere in Australia.


GREEN GARLIC OIL 
When in production, this outsells all other products. Most who taste it just have to have one!  The cost is $18 per 100ml bottle.

Normally available until December, this year's supply could finish as early as October.

VERJUICE
It's been a few years since we produced a VERJUICE. This year we've created one from our Semillon grapes. It's a great deglazer after cooking seafood or chicken. One of Chef Nathan's simple suggestions is to "pan fry a snapper fillet (skin side down) until crispy. Turn the fillet and add 50ml of Verjuice cooking until you think the fillet is cooked through."
Though great to cook with, most will remember a chilled VERJUICE is a refreshing (non-alcoholic) treat to drink - a good option for drivers! Priced at
$16 per 375ml bottle.

 

 

BRAIN KILLING OIL - NEW

From our 'brain killer' chillies, this will give many of your dishes/salads a uniqueness. Many chillies are just plain hot, but this variety has a delightful flavour (if you can get past the numbing heat). On our own heat scale, it has a heat rating of 6 out of 6! This is not a product you 'drizzle over whatever'. You need to use it 'drop by drop'.

DEGUSTATION LUNCHES
Increasing in popularity, the lunches continue to be a big hit and a big part of our business. Come and try for yourself, but remember bookings are necessary (Tel: 6373 3366).
 
2017 SEMILLON (with just a little Riesling)
Yes, it's still available in 6 packs for $16/bottle ($100). We only sell this to those on our Mailing List, so go on, feel SPECIAL!  The flavour starts with a soft lemony citrus (on the front plate) and as you swallow, subtle lime appears on the back palate. It's Gai's favourite and when you try it, it too will become your next favourite white wine!
