Moving Forward

Family, Friends, Brothers, Sisters and Co-Laborers in Christ,

Greetings from Haiti!

2018 is moving rapidly! We find ourselves in the midst of the Holy Week as we call into remembrance the cross and the victorious resurrection of our Lord and savior.  What a wonderful savior!

We are thankful for the faithfulness of our Lord.  We are entering into our 10th year in Haiti. It has been a remarkable life-changing journey.  We so appreciate your partnership which empowers us to serve here in this nation of our calling.

We have now been in the capital city of Port au Prince for 8 months.  The Lord has been opening doors for ministry in areas of "unengaged" people groups in the culture.  We are finding new places of increased opportunity and influence.   We are excited about the season we are in Haiti and appreciate your prayers for His direction.

The work of Arise continues in southern Haiti in the areas of child-youth discipleship, leadership/ministry training, family empowerment, nutritional school support and church based ministry.   We appreciate your prayers for the work in Southern Haiti.

Once again we extend our thanks to all of you.  We appreciate your faithfulness for standing with us through all the years.

We pray you will experience an amazing resurrection weekend in His presence.

*Next month we will be attaching a video update of the work in Haiti.

Together in mission!

10 years for
Centre de Vie Church in Les Cayes, Haiti

This month we will be celebrating the 10th year anniversary of our first Assemblies of God Church plant in the southern department of Haiti.  Centre de Vie, pastored by Rivenson and Marcia Dige, will be celebrating 10 years since first launching the church in a night club in the city of Les Cayes.

Beginning this weekend, the celebrations will begin with the theme of "greater days ahead."  Continuing into next week with a "Festival of Praise" street concert and the weekend celebration services.

We stand together with the Centre de Vie family believing "greater things are yet to come" for the city of Les Cayes and Haiti.

(I am a Daughter of the King)

F
ebruary 22-24, the Unveiled Team hosted a 3 day conference at the Arise Transformation Center,  with the theme of "I am a Daughter of the King."   This was a powerful 3 day event focusing around 6 identity truths about being a child of the King.

The mothers and girls (over 14) from Unveiled were invited to this special 3 day conference which culminated in a special banquet where each "daughter" was highlighted as the guest of honor.

One of the national worship leaders at the conference remarked, "this is so extraordinary, because, you see, many of these women's existence is taking care of her children, trying to make ends meet in commerce and often times being in a very abusive relationship.  They just don't have moments to feel special."

Each daughter entered the banquet to a photo shoot and a walk on the red-carpet after being prayed over individually by Unveiled founder and director, Rachael Courter.   One in attendance stated, "this is the most remakable moment of my life, I will never forget it."

We believe the Lord accomplished great things over these 3 days of special time in His presence and declaration of truths over His daughters in Haiti.  Unveiled is striving to host more empowering conferences as such.  Consider partnering with Unveiled today which does so much more than help families with school.
