Well it was a slow start to the season with only one team playing. Due to it being wet the BDSFA decided to cancel most games to preserve the grounds!! However the Under 13 Girls got to play on Sunday.

Despite a tough start to the season, a hot 32 degree day and an all new team they did exceptionally well. Each and everyone of them showed great determination, tenacity, comradery and talent. Sometimes the score doesn’t portray the full story. As a team the girls proved that they are up for the challenge, they simply didn’t give up ... it’s early days, but their coach is confident that with hard work and direction... they will do well this season!

Where and when is my team playing????

This year we have a number of new players so it is timely to remind all players that it is their responsibility to know when and where their team is playing each weekend. The draw is normally released on a Tuesday and can be located in the following locations:
- My Game Guru (an app you can download on your phone)
- iCompman Website
- Clubhouse Door
- On our Facebook page

Remember you need to let your Manager know ASAP if you are not able to attend a game.

- Under 12's
- Under 15 Girls
- Under 20 Girls

- U10 Whales
- Under 13 Girls
Thursdays:
6.00pm
- U7 Lions
6.15pm
- U6 Whales
- U6 Lions
6.30pm
- Under 13 Girls (optional)

**Please let your manager know if you are not going to be at training.

Photo of the week

We now have an instagram account and would like you to be involved in updating the account - send through any photos you have of the game to - 0448 903 558 with the name of the team and any other information you think relevant. We will get them uploaded to Instagram / Facebook as quickly as we can.

We will then pick a photo of the week and feature it in our newsletter.

Council is calling upon all sporting groups within Blacktown City to nominate a deserving person, club, official, administrator or team to be recognised for their achievements. The clubhouse is not open every night of the week.

For April it will be open from 6.00pm - 7.00pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
