Development Details
The proposal is to rezone the lands located at 233, 237, 241 and 245 Dunlop Street West from ‘Multi-residential Second Density – Special Provision No. 189’ (RM2)(SP-189) and ‘Multi-residential Second Density – Special Provision No. 189 and Hold No. 112’ (RM2)(SP-189)(H-112) to ‘Residential Apartment Dwelling First Density – 3 – Special’ (RA1-3)(SP).
The rezoning would permit the development of a nine-storey building with 108 residential apartment units and ground-floor commercial uses. For more information, including copies of the plans and any meeting cancellation notices, please visit the development webpage.

- City staff recommendations on the application or a detailed analysis on the proposal (this will occur later in the review process).
- A debate on the merits of the proposal between City staff and the applicant.
