More later - for now just know this is a good thing for personal and business/professional reasons.

Leaving hometown of Lexington, MO where we have resided for last couple of years.  Made some new friends, reacquainted with old ones; and after working closely with community leaders  - the town is in a good place to move forward with new Mayor / City Administrator.  Best of luck to ol' hometown.
     !!! Very excited to beginning our new journey in a vibrant, growing community just north of Atlanta.  Already met many good people and Sydney (wife) is reunited with family residing here.

Your ‘RELATIONSHIP SPHERE‘       Know it, own it’
 
The well-known author Jim Collins spoke about ‘getting the right people on the bus’.  This is solid advice and wisdom; having the right players on your (bus) team is critical.

However, for our purpose here we are focusing on ‘who is currently on the bus’.  It is about controlling the ‘control-ables’ that are on the bus!  Getting different players onto the bus may be necessary - however in the beginning (right now), it is about working with who is on your bus right now.  This is about ensuring strong relations with ‘whoever is in those seats on our bus …or sphere.’
The ‘bus’ in our lingo here (for remainder of book) will be referred to as your ‘sphere’. 

So who is in your sphere?  We’re getting there…
 

Relation VALUE POINT (RVP)  - (RVP's are  people in your sphere)

Know ‘em, own ‘em’
 
Again, the RVP dynamic delves into the people, associations and connections that directly influence the success & happiness of the leader’s world …your sphere.

The leader’s actions have everything to do with your resulting culture (and achieved vision).  The same holds true for the leader’s sphere.  The leader creates the culture, not vice versa. Many in management just find themselves settling into a culture, or sphere the way it is.  Again, that’s managing or maintaining.  That’s not us, not YOU!  And you are not just going to exist within your sphere either, right?

PIECES OF SIGNIFICANCE
 This section intended to be a bunch‘ of the key, practical lessons and best practices for life. Some information is restating and simplifying what was said somewhere earlier.  Some content is reinforcement of what was presented over the previous few hundred pages.  Much of it is scriptural-ly based from the heart, from God.  Some just me.

There is plenty here that is just my advice, suggestion and thinking regarding life; what I have learned as good stuff to do in life.  Some just did not quite fit elsewhere - however I wanted it included.  Here are a couple here, 25 more later!   *Not in order of importance

1)
There are plenty of times in life and conversations where we really don‘t know what we are talking about, seriously.  Some that we are just plain wrong about as well.  Some of these areas might be politics, religion, other‘s experiences with experiences we haven‘t had, someone else‘s challenges, etc.  >Significant people recognize when they are just talking opinions & assumption-stuff‘ and learn to SHUT UP, LISTEN or ASK QUESTIONS.  
2)
Smile and make others smile; if smiling is new to your face, you will love what happens.  Stop being one of those in our world that looks away or looks down when you cross paths with others.  Here's a challenge for you: From now on, YOU be the first to say Hello or wave; you will begin to love life and people much more going forward (trust the Coach here).
!!! And, watch how people will be so puzzled and wonder what‘s up!  That will lead to good things,...trust the Coach! 

FAITH....

'.... Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.  Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.  If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.....'
