All tax forms can be accessed through your FACTS tuition account for payments made to MTC from July to December of 2018. For any assistance, please call FACTS directly.
All tax forms for January through June 30 for payments made to MTC can be accessed through you SMARTtuition account.
If you need a school official signature, please send the documentation into school, attention Ms. Pagan.

 Annual Designer Bag Bingo !! The event will be held on Friday, 4/27 from 6-10 pm. Doors will open at 6 with games beginning at 7. The event is BYOB and BYO food! We will hold 10 rounds of BINGO with the opportunity for a BONUS round!! We will have vendors, raffles and door prizes!! The more winners the better right?!
