Praise Reports
Kenya
- Praise report for the church being built at Mt Paka. They have started construction of the church themselves and have asked us to help finish. Praise for Pastor John who travels to Mt Paka once a week to hold church services. If you would like to donate to Mt Paka click here.
- Praise for the YWAM Justice DTS. We have partnered again with YWAM to host the DTS team for 3 months during thier outreach phase. They will be helping in the prison, at the school and visiting Mt Paka. Praise we have sponsored 4 YWAM DTS students and 2 of them are from our Regeneration Program.
- Praise for the Regeneration Program at Nakuru Men's Prison. The program continues and we have sponsored 2 men (that have been released) to attend YWAM DTS. Praise report for Pastor Julius as he is now officially the Program Director.
- Praise for Glory Shiners Junior Academy. We have 75 kids this year. The school continues to be a light in the community. All teachers are being paid and all kids are being fed spiritually and physically.
- Praise that Caroline is able to tell everybody "MOMMY HAS A BABY IN HER BELLY!"
Nepal
- Praise as I was able to return to Nepal to visit Vision Rehab Center. Actually I am updating this newsletter from Nepal. I am so excited to see what God is doing in Nepal. Praise for the men in the program at VRC and praise for the soon to open women's center! If you would like to donate to VRC click here.
Prayer Requests
Kenya
- Prayer for the church and community at Mt Paka. the Pokot are still battling with some traditional beliefs...prayer for the light of Jesus to shine in the community. Prayers for Pastor John as he is traveling once a week to hold church services. Prayer for finances for Pastor John and the church completion. To donate to the church at Mt Paka click here.
- Prayers for the YWAM Justice DTS. They have 17 students and 2 are from our Regeneration Program. Prayers as they are in class now and will be coming to visit us for outreach in June-August.
- Prayers for the kids and staff at the Junior Academy. Prayers for parents too.
- Prayers for the Regeneration Program at Nakuru Men's Prison. Prayers for the new men as we will be starting a new class soon. Currently the men are working on forgiveness letters. Prayers for Pastor Julius as he adjust to being Program Director.
- Prayer for the baby in Tara's belly!
Nepal
- Prayer for the ministry at Vision Rehab Center. Prayer for finances as they are struggling to pay staff. The women's center has had a delay in opening due to staff funding. They have already had to turn away 7 women.Please pray for these women and pray for finances for the ministry and that the men and staff do not get discouraged. To donate to VRC click here.
