CREATE Webinar on The New NABCEP Certifications
Friday, April 27, 2018 at 12:00PM ET
Please join us on Friday, April 27th, at 12:00PM Eastern Time for a free webinar on the new NABCEP Certifications. Come hear an overview of NABCEP, its mission, and its history.  Learn how the changes within the renewable energy industry and how the growth in the market has been a driving force for specialization in the PV labor market, and how NABCEP recognized the growing specialization and partnered with the U.S. Department of Energy SunShot Initiative to develop three new specialty certifications in PV Design, PV Installer, and PV Commissioning & Maintenance.  The topics to be covered in the webinar include:

• Process NABCEP follows to develop industry related certifications.
• Overview of the PV Design Specialist, PV Installer Specialist, and PV Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist certifications.
• Eligibility pathways to take the specialty certification exams and how the certifications can promote careers, visibility, and public image of the renewable energy industry.
• How certifications benefit the PV market, consumers, and other renewable energy stakeholders.
• NABCEP’s Course Catalog and how it was designed to be an effective tool for candidates to find the right training courses to earn a NABCEP certification, recertify, or find relevant information so that they can remain informed about changes in the renewable energy industry.
