It is exciting to see growth at GIBC in Brugge. We have seen a consistent increase in attendence and in participation. We were recently discussing honoring our volunteers in some way and realized that more than 90% of our congregation volunteer at some level. Pretty amazing! Please pray for several attenders that need to make a decision for Christ.
We are still working on the building in Toumodi. It looks like we still need about $2500 to finish up this project. Would you please pray about having a part in keeping these precious people out of the elements?
Over Christmas vacation, Eglise Baptiste Biblique in Yamoussoukro, holds a Student training retreat. Pictured are our own students that helped with the organisation and leadership during the retreat. The three days are spent in Bible training, ministry equipping and afternoons of street evangelism. It is always an encouraging time with souls saved and leaders inspired to grow.
Easter is such a great time of year. It is usually a time when people seek out a church in order to celebrate with family and friends. In West Africa it is also associated with local festivals that bring people together as well. We saw some real fruit as we celebrated the resurrection of our Savior this year.
