Hoping that this finds you well and healthy, and getting back into the rhythm of school and life after our epic spring break ~ here's the latest news for children and families at Oak Bay United!

1. Summer day camp - the tradition continues:
Registration is open for our summer day camp - Camp Spirit! Running at Oak Bay United Church July 9-13, only $150 for the week including lunches, snacks, camp t-shirt and all program costs.

Godly Play Commuter Core Training – Langley BC
March 10, April 28 & May 26 2018​
Saturdays: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Commuter Training is designed for people to take the full Godly Play course over 3 months instead of in one weekend, and enables folks from outside the lower mainland to easier access the course, if they are able to travel. The March weekend is already passed, but you can still register for the April and May dates. Financial assistance is available!

Cost: $125 per day (or $350 if you register and pay for all three)
Location: United Church of Langley—Murrayville
21562 Old Yale Road, Langley
March 10: Sacred Story Day

April 28: Parable Day
May 26: Liturgical Action Day

Register for 1, 2 or all 3, (preferably all 3),but plan to stay for the entire day.
Can’t make all 3 days? Missed sessions can be made up.

Oak Bay United's Children & Family Ministry Coordinator is Tressa Brotsky. She's single mum to three super rad people, a visual artist, trained Rainbow Kids Yoga Instructor, and lifetime cheerleader for the United Church of Canada. Tressa is fascinated by trends, skilled in leadership training and children's development, and passionate about making space for sacred experiences that resonate with children.
