HUD has updated three existing Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) upload templates and added one new DRGR upload template to allow grantees to upload Most Impacted and Distressed (MID) budgets and expenditures. Although MID requirements only affect Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grantees receiving an award since 2011, all grantee users that use these upload templates must use the new templates located on the DRGR Data Upload Templates webpage.
