Advocate for those living with mental health conditions!
In place of our planned Educational Meeting in April we want to take advantage of the opportunity to host an Advocacy Workshop for our Operational, Advisory Board members, NAMI-CO members and supporters.
Our goals:
- to identify pressing issues (affordable housing, access to programs & others)
- update any information that we have regarding those issues
- identify Strategy Points
- prioritize the issues
We’d love most of our Advisory Board to attend (or send someone in their place) with concerns you’d like to see us address. Additionally, our Advisory Board is a wealth of knowledge; group wisdom of what’s been tried in the past or of programs working in other areas.
All members and supporters, Please plan to attend to get a great conversation started regarding the health of our Mental Health systems.

Other NAMI programs: 2018 training schedule posted – NAMI Oregon’s 2018 schedule of trainings of volunteers to lead education and support programs is now posted on the Trainings page of website, www.namior.org, with schedules and applications available for download. Trainings are limited to between 12 and 16 participants (depending on the training venue), so have your interested volunteers apply as soon as possible
