A Wine and Food Adventure to the Holy Land

Join us and Dr. Timothy Mullner at the winery for a presentation on a wine and food adventure to Israel and Palestine:

Saturday, April 28, 1:00 pm
Library Wines and munchies
Please RSVP via email or text
Ok, now for a trip that is completely different. This is not a trip to the most traveled vineyards of Europe, but one to where wine has been made for thousands of years. This is what intrigued us the most about Timothy Mullner’s proposal. We liked the idea of exploring wine and food that is not commonly found in restaurants or cookbooks in the US. We are certainly not done exploring the wine regions of Europe, it’s just that Timothy’s proposal seemed so current and exciting that we thought the timing was perfect. This trip is for the adventurous among you who have seen the way Israel is affecting the politics and world view of so many. Why not go there and see how the history and culture of Israel and Palestine have converged to give us this moment in time…or the one we will see when we go? Our focus will include food and wine whenever possible, which is every day. Please bring a cork screw in your luggage so you are prepared to taste when the perfect moment arises.

A brief overview of the trip:
Travel dates: May 14 - 24, 2019
We will stay in three hotels during the trip, all four stars; the first night by the sea in Netanya north of Tel-Aviv, the next two nights in a Kibbutz in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee, and the balance in Jerusalem. Learn more about this exciting tasting tour and register TODAY!.  View the proposed itinerary (subject to final confirmation) and pricing to be confirmed by April 28, 2018.

There are options for Land Only travel, allowing you to book your own airfare and extend beyond the group to explore Petra, Jordan, or Egypt.  And, you’ll see registration options for a single supplement.  If you are traveling solo and want a roommate, just let us know and we can make an introduction.  Don’t miss the Heavenly Food & Wine of the Holy Land!

We hope to see you at Timothy Mullner's presentation and enjoy selected Library Wines while you visit.
Sample our wines 7 days a week at The Tasting Room at the Pike Place Market.

Thank you for staying in touch and enjoying our wine.

We hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,

Tim Narby
