I have been practicing Yoga for the last ten years. The benefits of Yoga are amazing! I love how it works your whole body and strengthens the core, legs and muscles. At the same time it relieving stress, boosts your immune system, clears your mind and improves your flexibility. Learning how to breathe in and out woke up my mind, body and spirit while opening my heart.
Yoga makes me glow!
