Over on A List Apart, this book excerpt about "meeting design" (designing… meetings!) was intriguing enough that I ended up buying the book. I bought multiple copies, actually, because it's such useful thinking about how to construct and facilitate meetings. As it turns out, it's possible--advisable, even--to design business experiences that work in alignment with people's brains instead of against them. Read the excerpt here, and I do recommend the book from Rosenfeld Media as well.
Last week: Reddit's redesign and a Rolling Stone profile of my close, personal friend, The Rock.
