Collective Success at Penn (CSAP) is a comprehensive professional development club driven by and designed for first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) students. We leverage a local network of FGLI professionals and advocates from the Collective Success Network to support the needs of FGLI students through mentorship, networking, and programming.
