Hello Musicians,

The concert is a go.  The latest weather forecasts show snow beginning this morning, and continuing into concert time, possibly mixed with ice pellets.  The Weather Channel currently shows an Arctic air system protecting Ottawa from freezing rain until 8:00 p.m.  Most rain, freezing rain and wind is around Southern Ontario and Toronto, and north/east of Toronto. We are colder, and on the edge of the worst of it.

The ONHB 10th anniversary concert will go ahead this afternoon with the start time as scheduled at 2:00 p.m.  In order to end a bit earlier, we will adjust the schedule by having the appetizers available in the Banquet Hall continuously from 3:15, and cut the 10th anniversary cake at 3:50.  No food is allowed in the Sanctuary, but audience members can pop out for a treat while jazz bands are transitioning.  That way, we can be out of the church by 6:30.

However, as always, if you do not feel comfortable venturing out this afternoon your decision will have the full support of the ONHB community.
