There are still spots available for our third annual Fun Walk and Run at Glenmore Park this Sunday, May 6th at 10am!
Starting line is at the sailing club, everyone is welcome to take as long as they like doing the 5km loop, or sprint the same track. We will have stations with "global-themed" children's activities (face painting, coloring, reading) and some informative components to the "Walk in their Shoes".
How far would a person in rural Uganda or Nepal have to walk to see a doctor?
We will walk together for a good cause... and shorten that distance.
