What is The Systems Sisterhood?
The Systems Sisterhood is a place to find camaraderie and support for women working in systems change who are in 'life transition'.
Co-created by Tatiana Fraser (Metalab)and Rachel Sinha (The Systems Studio), this Systems Sanctuary program will be a carefully curated space where you can:
- Create the space to make sense of your experiences
- Build deep friendships with others and realize you are not alone
- Find and share practices to help you hold all the challenge and unknown with strength and courage and to use this wisdom in your work in the future.
What do you mean by transition?
Transitions might include leaving a big project you've been leading, becoming a leader, taking time out to look after children, or relatives, going through change at home or simply feeling called to dig deeper into your sense of purpose.
Why women?
You can read more about why we have launched this program for women on our Medium blog here.
We will explore challenges that emerge in systems change work in interesting ways for women, like dealing with power and alternative leadership styles, alongside issues that affect women more broadly like the role of balancing work and home.
