She has epilepsy, and recently had surgery to remove tumors. She just came home from CHOP because she caught an infection. We had one income left – my husband’s – but he lost his job. He doesn’t have a coat, nor do my kids. As long as they have coats I’m happy. I’ll be ok with my hoodie, but I want more for them.”
