KESHINOMI WHOLESALE REQUEST
WHOLESALE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SALE

Your submission of this Wholesale Request indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement:
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
WHOLESALE LEVEL 1
Minimum order: 25 pieces (35% discount off RRP)
WHOLESALE LEVEL 2
Minimum order: 50 pieces (40% discount off RRP)
WHOLESALE LEVEL 3
Minimum order: 100 pieces (45% discount off RRP)
Maximum order: depends on availability of materials and can be discussed between Keshinomi and the Wholesale Account prior to placing an order.
Keshinomi is flexible and open to discussing alternative quantities, especially with new accounts :)
Orders are approved based on availability of product. Orders will generally be shipped within 30 days of placing the order. If more lead time is needed, the Wholesale Account will be notified within 5 working days.
RRP
Products or goods purchased from Keshinomi shall only be sold at the recommend retail price (RRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below RRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Keshinomi.
WEB COMMERCE
No products or goods purchased from or produced by Keshinomi shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online marketplaces (such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy or other similar sites). If a Wholesale Account is planning to sell products produced by Keshinomi in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed on the Wholesale Application to be approved by Keshinomi.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Keshinomi will make available images that you might require for your print and online presence. Should you require any additional images, please contact me. Any imagery you produce yourself must be approved prior to use (please allow adequate lead-time for approval; two weeks is recommended).
RESELLING TO WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
At this time Keshinomi does not permit Wholesale Accounts to distribute Keshinomi products to any other entity for re-sell.
PAYMENT METHODS
At this time, Keshinomi does not offer credit terms. All orders must be accompanied by pre-payment, I accept card payments online only.
PACKAGING
All products come packaged and are displayed on Keshinomi branded cards.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. No COD orders. I use Royal Mail First Class Signed For postage for domestic orders, for international orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked (& Signed where available). On all orders, I include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Wholesale Accounts are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Keshinomi is not responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPPING ERRORS, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY
Order errors must be brought to the attention of Keshinomi within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you or your customer finds an issue related to printing or manufacturing defects during the first 90 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.
MERCHANTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATIONS
The Wholesale Account agrees that Keshinomi makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of Keshinomi products. The Wholesale The Account also agrees that Keshinomi is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Wholesale Account or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and indemnifies Keshinomi for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.
AND FINALLY
Keshinomi reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice, however Keshinomi will do it’s best to keep the Wholesale Account informed of any changes. Either party with 30-day written notice can terminate wholesale relationship.
