Wow, that was quite a ride in April! Like working with transformation teams on co-creation and collaboration, creating new empowering forms of leadership or enabling a new culture for learning and development. Also, we've been hosting another in-house Holacracy Practitioner Training with 100+ participants (!) in Austria and spent multiple days together as a tribe to re-connect, synchronize and to finetune our agile methods. But that's not all ;-) ...

Marion & Matthias hosted a session about the OS Canvas at the Power of People HR-Conference, and the feedback was amazing: "Many practical impulses for specific challenges, great relaxing and productive atmosphere - best session at the PoP!" Thank you 💖 Ewa spoke about challenges and traps in understanding Holacracy at the Holilider Conference in Warsaw this week, and Matthias & Valerie will be introducing self-organization tonight at the OE-Netzwerk in Vienna.
