Council of Dancers Meeting

- revised agenda for the 28 April meeting
- meeting record from the November 2017 Council of Dancers meeting.
Who CAN attend:
- any and all square, round and line dancers in the area
(No, the Council of Dancers isn't just for club executive members or members of EOSARDA's board ...
it's the Council of Dancers and that makes it a meeting for all dancers!)
Who SHOULD attend:
- all dancers interested in the future of dancing in the area
- all dancers with ideas of how EOSARDA should operate for the coming year
- all dancers with ideas about how to improve EOSARDA and dancing in our area
Who REALLY NEEDS TO attend:
- at least two members from each EOSARDA-registered club -- each club can send up to two voting members to vote on Council business. Each EOSARDA-registered club can send as many members it wishes to the meeting; however, each club has a limit 2 votes on Council business.
