WHAT'S NEW THIS APRIL AT THE WFC?

img

Dear Friends & Supporters,

Agroecology has the potential to tackle many of humankind's most pressing challenges at once: it can address climate change, improve food security, eradicate poverty, and support biodiversity. This is why we kicked off a global contest for the world’s best agroecology legal frameworks with the Future Policy Award 2018! The call for nominations is now open.

Our Peace & Disarmament Team was active in New York, where they launched a campaign to raise awareness for the nuclear threat - more about this and other WFC activities in this month's newsletter. We hope you enjoy reading it!

Best regards,

Jakob von Uexkull, Alexandra Wandel & Johanna Dillig
