Location: Surface Water Treatment Plant, 20 Royal Parkside Drive

Development Details

The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject land, 967 & 973 Big Bay Point Road, from Agricultural General (AG) and Rural Residential (RR) to Residential Neighbourhood (R5) and subdivide the parcels to permit the development of 43 single detached residential units.

  • Information about the City's review process and timing.
  • An opportunity to meet the applicant, City staff and ward councillor.
  • An opportunity to ask questions and provide your comments and/or concerns regarding the proposed development.

What not to Expect

  • City staff recommendations on the application or a detailed analysis on the proposal (this will occur later in the review process).
  • A debate on the merits of the proposal between City staff and the applicant.
