The door opens promptly on Friday at 8 (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on top of dumpster.  Come early for best selection. Come back again on Saturday at 11:00, almost everything will be 1/2 price.  
 

 

 

     
     This estate sale could also  be called "Prayer, Wine and Everything Fine"!  Many of you know we just finished an estate sale in Gridley. The house was emptied out the end of last week. Originally we had planned with our Smartsville client to have the sale the first week of May but because of Pioneer Day in Smartsville this would give Saturday shoppers the opportunity to attend the event. So we have changed the date to April 27 and 28th. With less than two weeks to get ready for the sale, this is where the prayer comes in. One of the owners has passed away. This is a downsizing estate that has a grape vineyard, the owners have a wine cellar with a lot of wine related items (sorry I am not selling the wine.) 

 
The everything fine comes in the large number of collectibles.


The family owned a pharmacy and has many pharmacy and drugstore related treasures. This downsizing estate has Mid-century antiques, McCoy pottery, furniture, collectibles, hand tools, rolling tool boxes, fishing poles, cameras. several wine racks, cookie jars, plants, quilts,hand tools, an English 1800's side saddle, a Raiders fan toolbox, heavy duty garage shelves and so much more!  For a list of treasures you will find at the sale and additional pictures click on the link to check out our website.
