This is an application to become a member of the abovenamed association. Membership is not granted until the credentialing process has been completed. 

Please note: 
a) A person who is a member of any political party other than the Australian Labor Party is ineligible to join. 
b) The Committee of the Club reserves the right to assess membership against the stated objectives of the Club and the Constitution to determine a member’s eligibility, and to reject membership applications if the Committee deems the member to be unsuitable for Club membership.
