Here is a group of students from KidsNeedEducation.org - Cambodia proudly showing off their new uniforms. The money for these uniforms was donated by local expats David Fruitman from Canada and Mark Madigan from Australia. In many cases, this may be one of the few sets of clothing that these kids own. Like any little kids, they are so happy to have new clothes showing they are going to school. Thank you so much Dave and Mark for your generosity and making a difference in these kids lives.

Aprati Foods (Cambodia) Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Licorice Company in the United States and a generous benefactor of our Village 15 school. Recently our President, Rick Meyer wrote a testimonial about Aprati Foods and their commitment to society as a company. Or what is referred to as "Corporate Social Responsibility "
We wanted to share this testimonial with you. It has deep meaning and is a testament to what an amazing company that Aprati Foods and American Licorice Company are.
"Aprati Foods' sense of responsibility towards Cambodian Society is exemplified by the company's focus on the education of impoverished Cambodian children in Village 15 of the Toul Kork District in Phnom Penh. By partnering with Aogaah Foundation, Aprati Foods is making it possible to deliver a program which is tailored to the needs of the community. This philosophy of investing in the future of the Cambodian people has had a significant impact on the lives of many. The children, who otherwise would not get the opportunity to go to school, learn to read, write and perform calculations. These skills make a profound difference later in the lives of these children when they enter the job market. In turn, a higher skilled labor force boosts the overall economic outlook for the entire country. The return on Aprati Foods' investment in Cambodian Society is substantial for both individual and country. The company's Social Responsibility Philosophy sets a high standard for all companies doing business in Cambodia"
From all of us at Aogaah Foundation, KidsNeedEducation.org - Cambodia and from all of the hundreds of children you have helped...Aprati Foods and American Licorice Company - Thank you!
