We're big fans of outdoor living here at KKDL, and the promise of toasty summer nights only mere weeks away has us jumping for joy. After they sold their last home and moved to a new project-house, they asked us to help them transform a few spaces in the common areas. Enter the Construction Industry

Last month, Kerrie was asked by the North State BIA’s "Idea District" to join in a panel discussion called “Beyond the Hammer” for youth who want to enter the construction industry. The renowned panel of presenters came from a variety of backgrounds and described how they got involved in the construction industry. They also discussed what they do on a day-to-day basis and provided tips and suggestions for getting a job in the real estate development and home building industry.​ Read More.

Crocker Art Auction

2018 marks the Crocker Art Museum’s 40th year of presenting the premier art auction event of the Sacramento region. Featuring nearly 120 works from established and artists from California and beyond; proceeds from the evening fund the Museum’s educational programs and community outreach. The excitement of silent bidding on a number of fine artworks is followed by dinner and accelerated with an action-packed live auction, including some incredible, once-in-a-lifetime art experiences, and museum-quality art.
