The PILLARS Recovery Center Deploys Q2i’s CASA Technology To Better Support People In Recovery from Substance Abuse

The PILLARS, Manhattan’s first Recovery Community and Outreach Center funded by New York’s Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, is deploying CASA (Continuing Alumni Support Application) in support of its “Love Yourself, Love Your Baby” program, to enable pregnant women to join a peer support network, where they can easily chat with and get support from other mothers experiencing similar challenges.

In addition, The PILLARS will use CASA to send educational and motivational materials – for example, their newsletters, or notices about new services – to people in recovery, providing further reinforcement and support for their recovery journey.
“Not only will CASA let us strengthen our connection with the people in recovery who come through our doors every day – so these folks will feel more supported and be less vulnerable to relapse – but it will also let us better monitor how our members are doing week-to-week, and really close the treatment feedback loop.”

-Felecia Pullen, President of Let’s Talk SAFETY, Inc., a not-for-profit which includes The PILLARS

CASA Now Available in the App Store

We are pleased to announce that CASA is now available in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). Your patients in recovery from SUD or alumni of your clinic / treatment center can now simply download the application directly to their smart phone.

By using a unique code (which we provide to you when you setup CASA) their app connects directly to your healthcare portal, and will display your organization's branding. This makes setting up and using CASA secure, easy, quick and low cost too!

Click the app store icon on your phone and search for "Q2i CASA" for fastest results.

CASA: Provider Portal + Mobile App

CASA improves and extends the continuum of care for SUD patients in 3 ways:

1) CASA makes it easy for recovery teams to stay in contact with people in recovery, and receive valuable post-treatment feedback;
2) CASA allows people in recovery to easily connect with and gain support from a network of sober peers; and
3) CASA lets recovery teams manage and distribute motivational or educational material directly to people in recovery, helping to keep them on track.
