This year’s story competition, sponsored by Julius Baer, with a ‘conflict’ theme related to the 100th year anniversary of the First World War, saw a record number of entrants.

The youngest class, for years 3-6, was won by Vauvert’s Anton Le Poidevin and the Intermediate class (years 7-9) was won by Naomi Miller of the Grammar School. Casper Bailey of Elizabeth College was the winner in the Senior class (years 10+).

You can view all the winning stories on our website writestuff.gg which have been illustrated by local artist Frances Lemmon. Please join us for the WriteStuff Awards ceremony and Winners Reading on Saturday 12th May in the Festival Hub. It’s a free event open to all.
