Greetings from Energy OutWest!
The price for the full conference agenda is $650 or you can register for One Day Attendance for $275. We also have Monday and Tuesday tutorial sessions still available. Full day sessions are $250 and Half Day Sessions are $125.

There are a few fun things we will be doing at Energy OutWest 2018 such as door prizes and Scavenger Hunts.
Door Prize Donations
An Energy OutWest tradition are door prize drawings reflecting various areas of the country. Where do those donations come from? From you! whether you are an attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor, we would love to receive a door prize from you that represents your local area. It could be anything big, small, or somewhere in-between.
Donations will be accepted onsite at the Energy OutWest registration desk. Contact eow@wsu.edu if you
have any questions. Be sure to attend all EOW events, you never know when your ticket will be called.
Scavenger Hunt
This will be the easiest scavenger hunt you will ever participate in. All you need to do is follow us on social media. Whether it be one platform or all platforms we will post a picture of a Home Depot Gift Card offering clues to its location.
The first one to find us will not only receive the Home Depot Gift Card but will have their picture taken so all can congratulate them on their hunting skills. You must be a registered conference attendee to win! There will be various opportunities to win on Wednesday and Thursday so head over to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and start following us NOW!!! You do not want to miss out.

Energy OutWest 2018 Conference Details
Pre-Conference Tutorials
Don’t forget to sign-up for the Pre-Conference tutorials! Some tutorials have wait lists already. The tutorials are often rated as one of the highlights of the EOW conference. On Monday and Tuesday, you can participate in hands-on full day tutorials or join one of the many full or half day in-depth classroom trainings
Reception & Weatherization Competition
Wednesday May 23rd, join us at 6:00pm for a chance to walk away with the highly coveted Energy OutWest Weatherization Competition Championship Trophy through a friendly trivia competition. Teams will be asked some WX knowledge-based questions, with a few others thrown in for fun. Come hang out, eat some food, and have some fun.
Reception & Jam Session
Thursday May 24th, from 6:00-10:00pm we will be going out on a high note. The last evening of the conference is full of food, music and fun! The Jam session features local talent as well as weatherization professionals sharing their talent with the rest of the group. If you play an instrument or sing, please plan on joining the stage and if you don’t play an instrument or sing, stay for the show to cheer on your talented colleagues.
EOW Networking Experience
Stop by The Vista Exclusive and enjoy the relaxing environment of Energy OutWest’s new networking lounge. After the receptions, enjoy casual conversation and refreshments with fellow attendees. Access will be available Tuesday through Thursday in the evenings.

Portrait Opportunity
Registered attendees can receive a free professional portrait headshot that you can use for your various social media platforms. Long-time Board Member Steve Payne will be available Monday through Thursday in the registration area. Space is limited.
EOW Membership/Hats
On the main floor of the conference center we will have a table where you can become a member of EOW. All information will be at the table.
EOW hats will also be on sale for $20. The EOW folks have scrutinized the look and style of this hat before we decided on a dark blue baseball cap with our weatherization EOW Logo. This has been requested and finally we got it together to bring them to the conference.

The Arizona Grand is currently booked with the EOW block rooms, reservations can still be made, but not at the reduced rate. Please check the surrounding hotels for accommodations.
