Advocacy News:
1. May 16th Advocacy Day: March for Students and Rally for Respect
Wednesday May 16th is the opening day of the North Carolina General Assembly. There will be an Advocacy Day for public education organized by the North Carolina Association of Educators. Interested supporters will meet at the NCAE offices in Raleigh at 10am and will then go to the NCGA to meet with legislators. 2. PTA Council Meeting May 16th 7pm East High School Media Center
Please join PTA Council for our final meeting of the 2017/2018 school year on Wednesday, May 16th at 7pm in the East Media Center. We will be electing new officers and discussing plans for next year. Everyone is welcome.
