Sally is founder and director of Bonneywell Development Ltd., which provides coaching, consulting and supervision services. Previously, she was the VP of Coaching at GlaxoSmithKline, where she founded the Coaching Centre of Excellence in 2010. Sally headed up coaching across GSK and in 2016 won the ICF Global Prism Award. She also received the Coaching Person of the Year (Internal) award from Coaching at Work.
