Prayer for Our Nation

In a wonderful world of new science discoveries and intellectual
advancement, let's not forget that the spiritual world is still not only viable, but is more important than the physical world.
We tend to push prayer to the back burner when it should be our first line of defense!
We are so thankful that our President Trump has honored a National Day of Prayer for our country.
Here is a link to what he and Vice President Pence had to say today.

We also want to introduce to you Tomi Collins of:
www.AmericaRestored.us
Tomi is fervently working with high level former government officials to expose corruption and restore America!
I just spoke to her and she said, "Tell people to go to our site and look for a favorite phrase to capture for themselves."
This is about more than fellowship...its a "...coming together of believers to effect change in our nation!"
Could you take a few minutes to pray today for our country and its leaders. If in another country than America, pray for your own country and leaders. Ask God to reveal to you what they need and how to pray. He's interested in your peaceful life so pray for it!
1 Timothy 2 (NKJV)
Pray for All Men
2 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, inter-cessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,
Way back in 2003 I wrote a poem about the direction in which our country was going.
Men More Godly
When judges judge wrongly
When rulers break rules,
When God's law come lastly,
When prayer leaves our schools...
Then judgment more costly,
Then fear we've not known,
Then terror more ghastly,
Then we will be shown.
Call forth men more Godly.
Call God, on His throne.
Call men to be holy.
Call, Honor be shown.
Show, now, more conviction,
Show mercy to all.
Show law with contrition,
Show fairness to all.

Susan and I continue to minister on many fronts...She has been teaching a few classes in the River School of Government, I have officiated at two Spanish weddings, and we have had opportunity to help many military veterans...some in connection with a wonderful shelter in Clearwater, Florida.
Some of our supporters have found it necessary to decrease their giving in the last few months, so if any of you are led to contribute to ACTS on our behalf, we would be grateful.
This link or the QR Code following is a great way to send funds. Please remember that even a small amount monthly is a great help in our ministry. Blessings, Ralph
