Club Rebranding Committee Seeking Members
1st Meeting: Monday, May 14th at 7:00pm in the Chalet
Walden Cross Country Fitness Club offers a lot of great things to a lot of wonderful people. We've grown and evolved over the years, and with the ever increasing importance (and expanse) of our online presence, the time has come to create a more consistent, simplified image to our members, the public, potential sponsors, tourism organizations, etc. This could mean a number of things, including a new logo, new (shorter) name, updated signage, refreshed mission statement, modernized website, etc...
We need to determine what needs a refresh and what can stay, then develop an efficient, inclusive process by which we accomplish those goals. To do so, we need a committee and our Media & Communications Lead, Jessica McShane is seeking members.
If you feel you have something to contribute, and would like to sit on the Rebranding Committee, please send an email to media@waldenxc.ca (or reply to this email) and let Jess know what you feel you can bring to the table. She is currently seeking one representative from each of the following areas; general membership, youth membership, club executive, graphic design/marketing industry (spread the word to friends and acquaintances please - club membership not required)
Regardless of who forms the committee, we will be seeking input from you, our members. You are WCCFC, so your voice is important. Stay tuned!
