The Dab by Next Harvest Voluntarily Recalls Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Products Due to Pesticide Residues and Presence of Yeast/Molds
DENVER – A Denver marijuana business, ALCC LLC doing business as The Dab by Next Harvest, is voluntarily recalling retail marijuana products due to the presence of elevated yeast/mold counts and potentially unsafe pesticide residues.
During a Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE) investigation, samples of dried marijuana were evaluated and contained potentially unsafe levels of yeast/mold. Additionally, samples of dried marijuana and marijuana concentrates that were evaluated contained residual levels of Etoxazole and Myclobutanil, pesticides that the Colorado Department of Agriculture has determined cannot be used legally on marijuana in Colorado.
All retail marijuana and all retail marijuana concentrate products sold from The Dab by Next Harvest located at 2748 W Alameda Ave. Products bearing a label with OPC code 403R-00181 are subject to the recall.
