Saturday 5th May 1-4pm, with Opening Ceremony at 2pm !
It's been crowdfunded by 291 local people, it's been delivered by 3 local partners, it's been tried and tested for 18 months in West Norwood...
Now, it's our pleasure to invite you to the Grand Launch Party of Crystal Palace Library of Things!
Everyone is welcome – feel free to bring your friends, family, neighbours, colleagues or anyone you think might be interested in Library of Things. We're very excited to introduce this amazing new project to the community !

"The garden is blooming and it's all hands on deck to keep up with the plants (and keep down the weeds). We're meeting weekly now until the autumn, so do come and join us on Saturdays from 10.30am. The Patchwork Farm Stall is back at the market : Everyone is welcome to bring in any gluts of veg – herbs – seedlings to swap. No air-miles required, who knows what you'll find ... rhubarb from Westow Park or garlic from Penge .....

" Come and help us at the Patchwork Farm Stall. It’s easy, it’s fun and you will meet loads of wonderful people. Sign up on the Doodle Polls below for as many shifts as suits you, that can be one this summer or every Saturday, the choice is entirely up to you. You can also double up with others, so sign up with someone who’s already down, or bring along a friend.

Park Night 2 !

It's back ! After our first successful "Park Night - we're back in the Paxton Centre to invite you to celebrate and find out more about the groups active in the park.
This facilitated evening will give you a change to learn more about the amazing activities going on in the park in an informal setting, and incorporates our green drinks this month. Supported by Crystal Palace Park Community Projects Fund from Bromley Council.
Groups confirmed that you can meet on the night include Friends of CP Park, Friends of CP Dinosaurs, Overground in Bloom, Library of Things, Capel Manor College , The Patchwork Farm and "Save Crystal Palace National Sports Centre " - with even more to confirm !

Crystal Palace Festival !
11-17th June
The amazing Crystal Palace Festival is back bigger and bolder after a very successful shift last year in size and location. The programme is very impressive - from chart-topping dance music from the Stereo MCs , crime writer Stella Duffy to all sorts of shenanigans in the park ! keep an eye on the website for updates
The Transition Town be hosting an info and fun stall all day on the 16th June in Westow Park.

There's something really special happening upstairs in the library for two weeks in June.
Over two weeks at the beginning of the Crystal Palace Festival, the Attic Arts Club are bringing nationally-renowned theatre, comedy and culture for all ages to your doorstep. Click here for the whole programme.
