Join the Yoga Mala Brussels 2018

Since 2010, a bunch of very motivated yogins in Brussels organize the Yoga Mala around the Summer Solstice. Participants donate money and all the proceeds go to charity. 

So please join us on Sunday morning, 17 June 2018, as the Yoga community comes together for the eighth time in a celebration of the unity of Yoga to raise money for charity.

Scrambled tofu

Tofu is an excellent source of protein (10g per 100g), iron and a few other minerals. It's also a true chameleon, as you can give it any flavour you like, it acts like a sponge and absorbs the spices you add to it. To use it as 'eggs' in this scramble, you can follow my recipe or create your own. Enjoy!

Ardha Matsyendrasana

After bending forward and back in the previous asanas, your spine requires a lateral twist, half spinal twist, to retain its mobility. This ability to twist is often the first type of flexibility to be lost. During the Spinal Twists your vertebrae are mobilized; the exercises also allow more nourishment to reach the roots of the spinal nerves and the sympathetic nervous system.
