Paste
The Paste app is a gorgeous slideshow builder, made by FiftyThree, the company behind the Paper app and Pencil stylus.
Paste is remarkable for its ability to take anything you choose and turn it into great-looking slides. This includes:
- Web URLs
- Files
- Images
- Videos
- Assets from other sites including Unsplash, Giphy, Behance and more
Generally I don’t think of products like Paste as replacing old standards like Keynote (my go-to tool), but I definitely will be using this for faster, intelligence presentation designs and for brainstorming.
Cost: Free (3 decks, unlimited slides); paid versions starting at $8/person/month for unlimited slides/unlimited decks and more features.

Unique
I’m a font freak. So naturally I was excited to learn about the launch of Unique, a SaaS service that let’s you create your own font.
It’s fun to play with and tweak things like the font style, line height, slant and other variables. You can start with designing a logotype, text font or display font.
Cost: Font downloads start at around $34 which is reasonable…and now during their launch, Unique is discounting to about $14 for the base font, and $5 for additional versions (light, bold and so forth).
