There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday 20 May at 7pm EST to discuss proposed amendments to the Constitution which are:
1. The Committee of Doctors for Refugees Inc. be increased to a maximum of twelve (12) members;
2. The Committee has the power to remove a Committee member by majority vote;
3. Where in doubt the Constitution of Doctors for Refugees Australia will prevail.
This meeting will be via Zoom videoconferencing.
