Unlock Potential and Make a Difference through Mentoring!

Mid Coast Communities is proud to partner with YWCA NSW in delivering the Youth Frontiers youth mentoring program in 2018.

We are seeking people from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, who have a few hours to spare each week, and would be interested in mentoring a student (aged 12 to 16 years) from the Port Macquarie, Wauchope or Kempsey areas. No experience necessary as training and support is provided.
Your role as a mentor will be to support the student to learn the skills and gain the confidence to plan and deliver a unique community engagement project of their choice.  Most mentoring will take place in a school setting and will be a mix of both group and one-on-one sessions.

As a mentor you have the opportunity to make a positive difference in a young person's life so if you think you have what it takes, or know of someone, please enquire by clicking here.

You can also contact Sharnie Cooper on 0427 370 448 or youthfrontiers@midcc.org.au
