Reducing Anxiety
Through Meditation

Thursday, May 17

Life in today’s world is stressful. People are anxious about their health, finances, relationships, safety and work. By sitting in meditation,
we can calm the body and the mind. Once we connect to a place of happiness and peace within us, we experience a reduction in anxiety. Through meditation we can cope with the stresses of life. Meditation helps us replace anxiety with joy and peace. Join Dr. Marshall Zaslove, long time meditator and contributing author to Meditation as Medication for the Soul by Rajinder Singh, for this informative lecture. There will even be a short meditation sitting.
