Spring Squash League
We will be running a Wednesday night squash league through the spring and summer. This will be a very flexible league to allow for travel plans and holidays.
If you are interested in playing in the league or as a spare, send an email to info@kamloopssquash.ca.

Squash Magazine:
"Boast/cross court drill: Continuously boast and cross-court back and forth across the court, ensuring the ball comes back to exactly the same place each time. Try and build up to sets of ninety seconds continuously. Do five sets on each side. If you become really proficient you can add a drop shot (boast, drop, cross-court), or try solo boast and drive followed by solo boast, drop, drive.

Online Squash Ref Course
We are still offering this ref course for free - amazing, right?
In conjunction with Squash BC, the KSA is offering
Squash Canada's Club Referee Certification Course to local players. This course normally costs $29.99; thanks to funding from the Kamloops Blazers Sports Society, we are able to offer this course for free to the first 70 players who sign up to take the course.
If you are interested in taking the course, email us at

Squash Box League
The box league works well for players who can't play regularly in the weekly league, and also for anyone who wants to get an extra game in here and there.
Players are placed into groups (boxes) of 4-6 players. At the end of each session (usually monthly), the top 1-2 players move up, the bottom 1-2 move down, and the middle players remain in place.
If you are interested in playing in a box league, send us an email at
info@kamloopssquash.ca.
